Happy Memories...

Last week end, Martin's son Kris came to see us with his wife Serena and their little boy George. George is so lovely, he has grown up so much since last time we saw him. He is 18 months old but look like a little boy now.
We went to the park for a walk and Serena took that photo of Adam and me. I like it, adam has nearly manage to smile!!

Monkey Puzzle...

On Sunday morning, Adam had to go to a Party at Monkey Puzzle so I thought I could take Jake as he hadn't been to a soft play. He loved it..He played with everything he could find! He was lovely to see him having fun! You could see that he wanted to follow his brother so much! Not long Jake and you will be able too!

Back from Scrap-a-Ganza

Sue and I coming out of the plane after a long morning...
We had a great time in Eindhoven. The week end went so quickly. I loved all the classes especially the Christmas recipes class as we got a lovely tin, some nice Christmas Recipes and lots of cake to eat during the class. Jen Starr from Ranger did the Christmas Recipes Class, she is such a lovely lady!It was great fun. I loved playing with the inks even if I ended up having a very red hand after Sue dropped her ink bottle on my hand!!! It was great fun!

Here are a few photos!

We look so cool with in our matching T-shirt!

Love is all around...

Last night I finished this LO about Love. I have chosen a photo of Martin and me which I find very funny...One of them "Silly" photos! We never get any photos of us. A while ago as we were at the Zoo, I decided to take a photo of us...Here is the result!!
I am very pleased with my page and I love the picture. For my LO, I have used the photo corners that Cara gave me in Eindhoven!

The Waterfront Restaurant...

On Sunday, we went for a meal at the Waterfront Restaurant as it was Martin's mum birthday. She was 89 years old last week! We had a lovely meal and I managed to get a few nice photos of Adam and Jake!

M for Holland...

I am off to Scrap-a-Ganza at the week end. We have been asked to make a big chipboard letter and here is my big M for Myriam!

Worshipful Company of the Water Conservator...

Martin belongs to the Worshipful Company of the Water Conservator. Last Thursday, it was the Annual Banquet in London. It was hold at the Drapers Hall which is lovely.

We had to stay in London overnight, so Richard and his girlfriend Rainbow looked after the children for us. For this occasion, I decided to go to the hairdresser's and have my hair put up. Here is the result! It looked amazing, I could not have done anything like this myself!

I also had to get a new dress which was not hard at all! I got it in Bluewater a few weeks ago with my friend Louise. It was so much fun to get a proper dress!!!

During the evening, the masters which is a lady Sue presented a couple of certificates...One of them was presented to Martin!!! As Jake was born after Martin became a Freeman of London, he will be entitled at the age of 21 years to be admitted as a Freeman of the Water Conservators Company by Patrimony. He was presented a lovely Certificate and a bottle of Champagne!!!!Great!!!!

I was so happy for Martin as he looked very proud when he collected the certificate. I had to get up too and was very happy too! It was a lovely surprise.
We had a lovely evening and it was nice to see all our friends. We had a lovely meal and such a great time...Can't wait until next year. One day Baby Jake will be entitled to go...How exciting!

thought the shoe and bow tie on the floor were the perfect illustration to a lovely evening with a few too many drinks!!!!

Fireworks...

Tonight, we went round Steve and Louise for a fireworks party! It was lovely.
Steve had put on a lovely display that we enjoyed sitting in the garden next to the shemneas drinking mulled wine!
The kids loved it apart Phoebe who was scared of them, so she was quite happy to stay indoors. Jake loved it sitting in his pushchair and pointing at the fireworks. He couldn't take his eyes off the bright colors.
This year, Steve had bought a few rockets for Adam and Oliver. As we heard the first rocket going up in the sky, our two little boys disappeared under the table...They were so funny. Their teacher Mrs Smith had told them to make sure that the rockets didn't end up on their head!!!!

After, the fireworks display, we had a lovely meal. We had moussaka which I love, it was so yummy. We had a lot to eat and drink...I nearly felt asleep!!
We drank some champagne to celebrate Jake's first birthday as we did last year to celebrate his birth.
It was a lovely evening...

Moment of Fame....

Today I was in London shopping. As I was walking around in Selfridges, I bumped into Wendy Richard who plays Pauline Fowlers in Eastenders. I had my camera in my bag so I asked her for a quick photo...She was very nice!
